This shit cray.
It’s like learning to do acupuncture without the needles in two minutes. Unbelievable and super weird, but apparently tapping meridian points:
- Makes changes to your amygdala (which processes emotions in your brain)
- Which stops your brain going into the flight or fight response when you are thinking about something negative that you have chosen to “tap on”
- You then process that event/situation differently and more neutrally every time you think about it allowing you to come up with better solutions, or perceptions about them.
Anyone out there tried this?
