Day 106 – TRX Suspension Training


My back had gotten so bad this year that I pulled a muscle on the plane from unzipping my back pack (no joke). I decided that it was time to get personal training so that this would never happen again. And this is when I fell in love with the TRX! My personal trainer (who is the smartest man in the entire world) showed me how to do pull ups using the TRX to help with my training to be able to do a push up. Since then I have NEVER pulled a muscle again AND now I am able to do push ups at an angle on a bench.

The amazing thing about the TRX is that it can be hung off anything such as trees or door posts and it is super fun to use.
